Expect the sequels that will complete the trilogy on 'next-gen' systems and PCs
OK... this continues to be dragged out, but 'DeathAngel' has emailed in another report of the September 9 release date. Let's hope that the Xbox and PC versions arrive then.

They will.
THQ and Majesco has signed a contract which allows THW to distribute Majesco games. It is effective around sep/9 or something. But I think the actual date is Sep/14. Anyway get the PC version. There is no bug in PC version. Advent Rising: 10 out of 10
By the way game is written by Orton Scott. I don't know why some say "co-written" but IT IS WRITTEN ENTIRELY. Just click on credits it say: Written by "ORTON"

What do you think of the game (I know the very first level is kinda boring -ONLY THAT ONE!!!!!) but what about the rest. In the first level they are just showing off the graphics and the music.

Yes. The story (main concept) was developed by the Mustards, BUT the details including all written components (including all dialoges) were created by Orson Scott Card.
Majesco is stupid. Why did they bring that up? (Who developed the story). Click on me to hear some exclusive soundtracks.
After clicking on me , click on Advent Rising LOGO on the right. THE Music is terrific. Absolutely the best music I have ever heard on a video game.

this game is fantastic...I have the feeling that I'm watching a film not a game, and the story, graphic etc. is....FANTASTIC!!!! AR is the best TPS game I've ever played

Hopefully THQ will give you guys in Europe a more solid, definite release date for the PC version unlike Majesco did for the US.

Believe it or not, I work for Majesco Co. I am not sure if I can tell you my actual job in Majesco but I’ll tell you this: The titles for other Advent Games were announced long ago- DON’T ASK ME WHAT THEY ARE- and as you might know the story and the script both were written at the same time. The only – and the only- factor that effects other Advent projects is Aeon Flux. If the selling of the game is well, get ready for more Advent stuff. I have not had the chance to go over all the posts - I visit a couple of them including their comments- but I've got to admit that you guys have made quite a community here :))

anyway I've just finished Advent Rising! and...the and of it is TERRIFIC! just like in Prince of Pesia! :D (by the way, Gideon (in the end) looks like he's a perfect copy of the Prince in PoP:WW :D :D :D)

I wish he would tell us the names of other Advents. Aeon Flux, I used to watch the cartoon when I was really young (even though it was rated Mature). It is a very very smart cartoon series. The trailer looks really good, it is just like Final Fantasy (graphics).
I am just really hoping Majesco continues Advent, I am dying to see what happens.
